Our Team Member rewards parties are off the hook! In March, one hundred Win-River Resort & Casino team members were invited to see the Bucks vs. Warriors at the Oracle Arena. Not only did they receive an all-expense paid trip to the game but they also got paid for attending the game! Now that’s what we’re talking about!

You may be wondering; how do these team members get to be invited? It is really quite simple… Here at Win-River Resort & Casino we believe what gets rewarded gets repeated. Our team members get recognized by guests or colleagues for providing the highest-level of guest service and for attending guest service trainings throughout the year. Twice a year, team members that provide the highest level of guest service get invited to attend one of the highly anticipated rewards parties. Other events we have hosted include attending Oakland A’s and Oakland Raider Games, white water rafting down the Trinity River, and a day at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. We have even put on gameshows and hosted our own Murder Mystery Theatre with a special dinner served by the Managers and Directors of Win-River Resort & Casino.

These events allow us to recognize and appreciate our team member’s dedication while also encouraging them to keep doing what they do best; which is providing the highest level of guest service! We want our team members to know that every guest interaction, big or small, makes a difference.

We believe that uplifting our team members’ spirits and recognizing their hard work is well deserved. We also believe that their positive experiences will directly affect interactions with our guests in a positive manner as well. To be recognized for going above and beyond and to feel appreciated for doing your best is a great feeling.
