Massage Therapist (PT)

Job Description

Job Description

Player’s Club Representative (FT)

This team member provides guests with superior service and promotes a positive Win-River image in person and on the telephone.  Duties may include independent work with limited direction to ensure that day-to-day Resort & Casino needs are being met. Other duties include one on one interaction with guests, cash handling, and sales. Applicant should have one (1) year of cash handling experience with the ability to make correct change, must be computer literate with strong organizational skills, and be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines. Banquets Server (On-Call)

This team member performs duties during banquets, parties, and special events, which include the serving of food and beverage items and the setup and cleanup of the event. The ability to obtain and maintain TIPs (Training Intervention Procedures) is required. Experience in cash handling is required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Excellent customer service skills are required. Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, menus, guest relations, and etiquette is required. Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware is required. The ability to learn and operate a point-of-sale system to pre-check orders and close out the check is required. Banquet experience preferred. Food Handler card is required. This position is employed on an on-call basis, and scheduled to work less than thirty (30) hours per week. Temporary Team Member Relations Clerk (FT)

This team member provides operational and clerical support to the Team Member Relations Division. Duties include assisting guests who come to the Team Member Relations office, as well as answers incoming telephone calls as needed. Assisting in applicable processes during the recruitment and selection period. Files and distributes necessary paperwork to team members. Strong computer skills, concurrent with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and online accounting systems is required. A strong combination of written and verbal communication skills to write, read, and comprehend written correspondence, concurrent with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members of the organization is required. This position is for a specified period of time, generally no more than six (6) months.  Classification not eligible for benefits. This team member assists with the loading and unloading of luggage, provides information about the Resort & Casino and surrounding areas, and coordinates transportation for guests as needed. This team member also provides valet services for guests as needed. The ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members in a positive manner is required. A valid California Driver’s License and have current insurance, an excellent driving record, and experience and demonstrated ability in operating a variety of motor vehicles, including both automatic and manual transmissions is required. Basic knowledge of how different vehicles operate and a Food Handler card is required. A minimum of one (1) year of related experience and/or training is preferred. Temporary Housekeeping Attendant (FT)

This team member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all interior and assigned exterior areas of the Casino. Ensures the cleanliness of assigned areas and floors throughout the Casino. Assists in tracking and maintaining appropriate levels of cleaning materials. Maintains floor care in all areas of the Casino. Assists with Event Center set up and break down as assigned. Stores and uses cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely and orderly. Operates vacuum cleaners, upholstery cleaner, floor care machines, and various other equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Reports unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions to the immediate attention of the immediate supervisor and Facilities management. Assists in emergency evacuation procedures as needed. Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino’s guests service program. Must be able to learn the aspects of and operate the machinery and equipment of the Count Room. Drops and verifies kiosk bill acceptors. Understands and operates “New Wave” software and equipment. The ability to perform job functions in an atmosphere where priorities and deadlines may change frequently is required. Strong computer skills, with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and online accounting systems, are required. Previous experience in cash handling is preferred.
