This team member prepares food items as ordered by guests and expedites tickets to ensure fast service and quality food products. Two (2) years Line Cook experience in a similar environment with working knowledge of kitchen equipment and its proper use, as well as excellent knife skills are required. Cage and Count Technician 1 (FT)

This team member is responsible for the maintenance of all Cage and Count Department equipment. Six months to a year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience is required. The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals is required. The ability to write routine reports and correspondence is required. The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists is required. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form is required. Strong electronic/mechanical background is preferred.
