Maintenance Technician (FT)
This team member is responsible for carrying out projects including installing items, such as mirrors, ironing boards/irons, as well as performing necessary routine and basic maintenance work at the Hotel. Must have a valid divers license, clear driving record, and proof of current insurance. The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. The ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. The ability to perform these operations using units of money, weight, measurement, volume, and distance. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

This team member is responsible for accepting and taking reservations for assigned dining areas, greets and escorts guests to their tables with menus, and advises the server of the party being seated and any needs they may have. This individual must have strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members of the Resort & Casino. Knowledge of proper table settings, service ware, and menu items is required. The ability to remember, recite and promote menu items and special promotions is required. This team member prepares and serves food and beverage items to guests in assigned food and beverage outlets of the Resort & Casino. One (1) year of quick-serve or casual dining cook experience in a similar environment is required. Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and excellent knife skills are required. The ability to read, understand, and prepare recipes is required. Food Handler’s card is required. Must be a quick learner, courteous, and able to work in a fast paced environment. Prior cash handling experience required. Other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.
