Massage Therapist (PT)

This team member performs massages and/or body treatments, and consistently provides the highest possible standard of treatment for guests. Job Description

Manicurist (PT / On Call)

This team member ensures overall thoroughness, preparation standards, and expedition of food to the guests. Accounts Payable Specialist (FT)

This team member is directly responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable invoices, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and following up on disputed amounts; interacts with vendors on a daily basis for Win-River Resort & Casino. Minimum of three (3) years of related progressive experience is required. This individual must possess strong communication, mathematical, organizational, and analytical skills is required. Strong computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and 10-key experience, are required. Experience with all functions of a professional office, involving clerical and administrative performance in an atmosphere where priorities and deadlines may change frequently is required. In-Depth knowledge of internal and accounting control procedures of gaming operations, along with experience with online accounting systems, is preferred. The ability to use office equipment including, but not limited to a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone, is required. Cage and Count Supervisor (FT)

Must be 21 years of age or older. Redding Rancheria tribal members must be 18 years of age or older. This team member provides supervision and oversight for daily Cage and Count operations during an assigned shift. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in cash handling, auditing, or finance is required. A strong understanding of the principles of leadership and supervision is required. Strong mathematical skills are required. A strong combination of written and verbal communication skills to write, read and comprehend written correspondence is required. The ability to effectively communicate, both in written and verbal forms, with guests and all team members of the Resort & Casino is required. The ability to perform job functions in an atmosphere where priorities and deadlines may change frequently is required. Strong computer skills, with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and online accounting systems, are required. Table Games Dealer (21) (PT)

This team member provides an entertaining, fun atmosphere for guests while dealing Table Games according to the rules of the particular game being played, and in accordance with Resort & Casino policies and procedures. One (1) year of external dealing experience is required and may serve as a substitution for successful completion of the Resort & Casino’s table games training course. The ability to deal all games required by management is required and the ability to deal from a multi-deck shoe and follow the 21 dealing manual with exact precision is required. A strong proficiency in mathematics, including addition and subtraction, is required and the ability to handle cash transactions is required. Security Guard (FT)

This team member ensures the safety and security of guests and team members, while also protecting the physical assets of the Redding Rancheria and the Resort & Casino.  Duties may include being assigned to perform the duties of data entry, and other clerical duties of the security office. The ability to obtain and maintain all certificates in 1st aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator), PATH (Practical and Tactical Handcuffing), MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior), and TIPS (Training Intervention Procedures) is required. The ability to climb stairs and ladders, stand, walk, jump, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or sit for an extended period of time, up to eight (8) hours or more, is required. The physical ability to run, kick, knee strike, restrain aggressive person(s), apply holds in accordance to MOAB training, handcuff in accordance to PATH training, and subdue/physically control aggressive person(s) is required. A valid California Driver’s License and have current insurance is required and must be eligible for approval to drive Win-River Resort & Casino vehicles. Banquet experience preferred. Food Handler card is required. This position is employed on an on-call basis, and scheduled to work less than thirty (30) hours per week. This team member greets, registers, and makes room reservations for Hotel guests, and also acts as the first point of contact for Hotel guests.
