Food Server (PT)

This team member serves food and beverages at designated areas of the Hotel to maximize guest satisfaction. High School diploma or GED; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Maintains the level of service standards and adheres to these as established by the organization. The ability to read, analyze, interpret common messages and instructions. The ability to obtain and maintain TIPs (Training Intervention Procedures) is required. Prior experience in cash handling required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Excellent guest service skills are required. Must have knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, menus, guest relations, and etiquette. Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware is required. The ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items and special promotions is required. The ability to learn and operate point of sale to pre-check orders and close out the check is required. Prior restaurant and bar experience preferred. Food Handler card is required. Cage and Count Supervisor (FT)

Must be 21 years of age or older. Redding Rancheria tribal members must be 18 years of age or older. This team member provides supervision and oversight for daily Cage and Count operations during an assigned shift. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in cash handling, auditing, or finance is required. A strong understanding of the principles leadership and supervision is required. Strong mathematical skills are required. A strong combination of written and verbal communication skills to write, read and comprehend written correspondence is required. The ability to effectively communicate, both in written and verbal forms, with guests and all team members of the Resort & Casino is required. The ability to perform job functions in an atmosphere where priorities and deadlines may change frequently is required. Strong computer skills, with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and online accounting systems, are required. Housekeeping Attendant (On-Call)

This team member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all interior and assigned exterior areas of the Casino. Ensures the cleanliness of assigned areas and floors throughout the Casino. Assists in tracking and maintaining appropriate levels of cleaning materials. Maintains floor care in all areas of the Casino. Assists with Event Center set up and break down as assigned. Stores and uses cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely and orderly. Operates vacuum cleaners, upholstery cleaner, floor care machines, and various other equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Reports unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions to the immediate attention of the immediate supervisor and Facilities management. Assists in emergency evacuation procedures as needed. Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino’s guest service program. A team member who is employed on an on-call basis, and scheduled to work less than thirty (30) hours per week. Classification is not eligible for benefits. This team member is responsible for the safe parking and retrieval of vehicles for guests. An excellent driving record, a valid California Driver’s License, and current driver’s insurance are required. Experience and demonstrated ability in operating a variety of motor vehicles, including both automatic and manual transmissions is required. Basic knowledge of how different vehicles operate and the ability to drive and park vehicles in all weather conditions year around are required. A strong combination of written and verbal communication skills to write, read, and comprehend written correspondence, concurrent with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members of the organization is required.
