Massage Therapist (On- Call)

This team member performs massages and/or body treatments, and consistently provides the highest possible standard of treatment for guests. Job Description

Manicurist (PT / On Call)

This team member performs manicures, pedicures, and hand/foot treatments and consistently provides the highest possible standard of treatment for guests. Job Description

Food Server (PT)

This team member serves food and beverage items to guests in assigned Resort & Casino food and beverage outlets of the Resort & Casino while adhering to policies to handle cash and make sales. The ability to obtain and maintain TIPs (Training Intervention Procedures) is required. Experience in cash handling is required and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Excellent guest service skills are required. Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, menus, guest relations, and etiquette are required. Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware are required. The ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items and special promotions are required. The ability to learn and operate a point-of-sale system to pre-check orders and close out the check is required. Food Handler card is required. Counts and verifies all revenue collected from the Resort & Casino as scheduled and within established timeframes. Must be able to learn the aspects of and operate the machinery and equipment of the Count Room. Drops and verifies kiosk bill acceptors. Understands and operates “New Wave” software and equipment. The ability to perform job functions in an atmosphere where priorities and deadlines may change frequently is required. Strong computer skills, with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and online accounting systems, are required. Previous experience in cash handling is preferred. Front Desk Agent (FT)

This team member greets, registers, and makes room reservations for Hotel guests, and also acts as the first point of contact for Hotel guests. Handles credit, initial parking information, and provides an overview of guest services upon check-in.  Issues room keys and provides instructions to Bell Captain as needed. Responds to guest requests for information and resolves guest problem as needed in order to exceed the guest expectations. Monitors room availability and maintains guest accounts. Answers inquiries pertaining to Resort & Casino amenities, services, shopping, dining, and entertainment, and provides travel directions as needed. Balances daily or shift audit in the online point of sales system. Maintains and balances cash bank as issued in accordance with policies and procedures. Security Guard (FT)

This team member ensures the safety and security of guests and team members, while also protecting the physical assets of the Redding Rancheria and the Resort & Casino.  Duties may include being assigned to perform the duties of data entry, and other clerical duties of the security office. The ability to obtain and maintain all certificates in 1st aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator), PATH (Practical and Tactical Handcuffing), MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior), and TIPS (Training Intervention Procedures) is required. The ability to climb stairs and ladders, stand, walk, jump, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or sit for an extended period of time, up to eight (8) hours or more, is required. The physical ability to run, kick, knee strike, restrain aggressive person(s), apply holds in accordance to MOAB training, handcuff in accordance to PATH training, and subdue/physically control aggressive person(s) is required. A valid California Driver’s License and have current insurance is required and must be eligible for approval to drive Win-River Resort & Casino vehicles.
