Housekeeping Attendant (FT)

This team member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all interior and assigned exterior areas of the Casino. Ensures the cleanliness of assigned areas and floors throughout the Casino. Assists in tracking and maintaining appropriate levels of cleaning materials. Maintains floor care in all areas of the Casino. Assists with Event Center set up and break down as assigned. Stores and uses cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely and orderly. Operates vacuum cleaners, upholstery cleaner, floor care machines, and various other equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Reports unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions to the immediate attention of the immediate supervisor and Facilities management. Assists in emergency evacuation procedures as needed. Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino’s guests service program. Classification not eligible for benefits. Front Desk Agent (FT)

This team member greets, registers, and makes room reservations for Hotel guests, and also acts as the first point of contact for Hotel guests. Handles credit, initial parking information, and provides an overview of guest services upon check-in.  Issues room keys and provides instructions to Bell Captain as needed. Responds to guest requests for information and resolves guest problem as needed in order to exceed the guest expectations. Monitors room availability and maintains guest accounts. Answers inquiries pertaining to Resort & Casino amenities, services, shopping, dining, and entertainment, and provides travel directions as needed. Balances daily or shift audit in the online point of sales system. Maintains and balances cash bank as issued in accordance with policies and procedures. Performs all duties in a manner that continually supports the vision, mission, values, and principles of the Resort & Casino. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome. ​This team member is responsible for accepting and taking reservations for assigned dining areas, greets and escorts guests to their tables with menus, and advises the server of the party being seated and any needs they may have. This individual must have strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members of the Resort & Casino. Knowledge of proper table settings, service ware and menu items is required. The ability to remember, recite and promote menu items and special promotions is required. Food and Beverage Porter (PT)

This team member maintains the inventory and recordkeeping for food and beverage products, including fresh, frozen, perishable/nonperishable dry goods, and cleaning supplies, and ensures inventories are accounted for accurately. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Experience in the use of cooking utensils, which can include knives, is required. Prior restaurant and bar experience is preferred. Knowledge of sanitizing/cleaning solutions and their use is preferred. A thorough knowledge of all institutional kitchen equipment and their proper use is preferred. Food Handler Card is required.
