A dish is only as good as the person who creates it, and that is why we are proud to present our new executive chef, Warren Miller! Warren has been with us for about one month and we are absolutely thrilled to have him. He has provided nothing but the most excellent quality food and service. We would like our guests to get to know a little more about our chef so you can come to know him and his foods as well as we do.
Warren was born and raised in California and grew up living the life of a farmer. He has had a passion for cooking his whole life thanks, in no small part, to spending time in the kitchen with his grandmother. A veteran of the culinary industry, Warren has been working with food since he was 14 years old. He graduated from Paradise High school and eventually Modesto Junior College/ Modesto Culinary Arts Academy with a degree in the culinary arts.
As a chef, Warren specializes in crafting regional foods with a Californian/New American twist. Each dish he serves is made from scratch with only the best farm-fresh ingredients. Some of his most well received specials include:
- Tri-Tip Burger: 1/3 pound angus beef, cheddar, smoked tri tip, cheddar sauce inside an onion ring
- Jalapeno Burger: 1/3 pound angus beef, pepper jack cheese, brown sugar bacon, fried jalapenos, onion and fire sauce
- And his simple yet wonderful Salted Caramel Bread Pudding.
