Cocktail Server

(Must be 21 years of age or older) – This team member serves beverages and food items to guests in approved areas of the Resort & Casino. The ability to obtain and maintain TIPs (Training Intervention Procedures) is required. Prior experience in cash handling required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Excellent guest service skills are required. Must have knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, menus, guest relations, and etiquette. Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware is required. The ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items and special promotions is required. The ability to learn and operate point of sale to pre-check orders and close out the check is required. Prior restaurant and bar experience preferred. Food Handler card is required. Security Guard

This team member ensures the safety and security of guests and team members, while also protecting the physical assets of the Redding Rancheria and the Resort & Casino. Duties may include being assigned to perform the duties of data entry, and other clerical duties of the security office. Additionally, this team member must be able to obtain and maintain all certificates in 1st aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator), PATH (Practical and Tactical Handcuffing), MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior), and TIPS (Training Intervention Procedures). The ability to climb stairs and ladders, stand, walk, jump, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or sit for an extended period of time, up to eight (8) hours or more, is required. The ability to run, kick, knee strike, restrain aggressive person(s), apply holds in accordance with MOAB training, handcuff in accordance to PATH training, and subdue/physically control aggressive person(s) is required. A valid California Driver’s License and have current insurance is required and must be eligible for approval to drive Win-River Resort & Casino vehicles. This team member prepares food items as ordered by guests and expedites tickets to ensure fast service and quality food products. Two (2) years Line Cook experience in a similar environment with working knowledge of kitchen equipment and its proper use, as well as excellent knife skills is required. Table Games Dealer

This team member provides an entertaining, fun atmosphere for guests while dealing Table Games according to the rules of the particular game being played, and in accordance with Resort & Casino policies and procedures. One (1) year of external dealing experience is required and may serve as a substitution for successful completion of the Resort & Casino’s table games training course. The ability to deal all games required by management is required and the ability to deal from a multi-deck shoe and follow the 21 dealing manual with exact precision is required. A strong proficiency in mathematics, including addition and subtraction, is required and the ability to handle cash transactions is required. This team member transports clean/dirty linen and supplies, disposes of trash, maintains cleanliness of public areas, and responds to guest room requests. Housekeeping Attendant

This team member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all interior and assigned exterior areas of the Casino. Ensures the cleanliness of assigned areas and floors throughout the Casino. Assists in tracking and maintaining appropriate levels of cleaning materials. Maintains floor care in all areas of the Casino. Assists with Event Center set up and break down as assigned. Stores and uses cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely and orderly. Operates vacuum cleaners, upholstery cleaner, floor care machines, and various other equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Reports unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions to the immediate attention of the immediate supervisor and Facilities management. Assists in emergency evacuation procedures as needed. Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino’s Guests FIRST program.
