 Line Cook

 This team member prepares food items as ordered by guests and expedites tickets to ensure fast service and quality food products. Two (2) years Line Cook experience in a similar environment with working knowledge of kitchen equipment and its proper use, as well as excellent knife skills is required. The ability to read, understand, and prepare recipes is required. California Food Handler’s card is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Food and Beverage Porter

 This team member maintains the inventory and recordkeeping for food and beverage products, including fresh, frozen, perishable/nonperishable dry goods, and cleaning supplies, and ensures inventories are accounted for accurately. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Experience in the use of cooking utensils, which can include knives, is required. Prior restaurant and bar experience is preferred. Knowledge of sanitizing/cleaning solutions and their use is preferred. A thorough knowledge of all institutional kitchen equipment and their proper use is preferred. Food Handler Card is required. Temporary Creative Designer

 This team member is responsible for the creative development and design of marketing communications, and the development of innovative visual programs that engage guests and drive large-scale commitments to the Win-River Resort & Casino brand. A minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in mass communications, creative media development, organizational communications, or integrated marketing communications is required. Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Suite is required. A strong combination of written and verbal communication skills to write, read, and comprehend written correspondence, concurrent with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members of the organization, is required. Experience with all functions of a professional office, involving clerical and administrative performance in an atmosphere where priorities and deadlines may change frequently, is required. Strong computer skills, concurrent with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and photo imaging software, are required. Experience in operating a variety of printing, copying, bindery, and finishing equipment is preferred. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

School Bus Driver

 This team member is responsible for ensuring the safe and orderly transportation of guests, team members, and Head Start children on assigned bus routes. Must possess a valid California Class “B” DMV license with a passenger endorsement, a current DL51 medical and special driver’s certificate. The ability to effectively communicate with guests and all team members of the Resort & Casino is required. A strong combination of written and verbal communication skills to write, read, and comprehend written correspondence, concurrent with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members of the organization is required. A valid California “B” DMV license is required. A clean driving record is required. Minimum 1 year experience in a related field is required. Temporary Maintenance Technician

 This team member performs a wide variety of duties relating to the installation, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of Resort & Casino facilities.  The ability to operate all required vehicles and equipment and to use a variety of hand tools is required. A thorough knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and all other facets of building trades and grounds maintenance is required. Knowledge of applicable safety procedures involved in construction and repair work is required. This team member must have a current California Driver’s License and current insurance. Room Attendant

Count Team Member

 This team member is responsible for the efficient collection (also referred to as dropping) and count of all currency and ensures proper accountability.  Must be able to learn the aspects of and operate the machinery and equipment of the Count Room.  Strong computer skills, with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and online accounting systems, are required. Front Desk Associate

 Hilton Garden Inn – This team member accommodates guests of the Hotel by greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests. Handles credit, initial parking information, and an overview of guest services. High school diploma or equivalent (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
