Dishwasher

This team member cleans and sanitizes plateware, glassware, silverware, and kitchen areas using proper chemicals and cleaning agents in accordance with specified guidelines. Scrapes food from dirty dishes and places them in racks or conveyor to dishwashing machine. Cleans dishwashing machine on scheduled times, including traps and screens using proper chemicals while wearing protective gear. Washes pots, pans, trays, chafing dishes, and all banquet equipment. Assists in putting all food away in dry storage, refrigerators, freezers, and other storerooms by using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method. Helps to transfer supplies from storage to work areas. Assists in labeling and dating incoming food products, and organizing them in walk-in coolers, freezers, and dry storage room.  Assists prep cooks, kiosk cooks, and line cooks when needed. Helps prep cooks prepare and portion food items according to specifications when needed. Puts all banquet equipment, banquet plates, and banquet cups away in proper storage rooms in an organized manner. Food Handler’s card is required. Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino’s Guests FIRST program. Housekeeping Attendant

This team member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all interior and assigned exterior areas of the Casino. Ensures the cleanliness of assigned areas and floors throughout the Casino. Assists in tracking and maintaining appropriate levels of cleaning materials. Maintains floor care in all areas of the Casino. Assists with Event Center set up and break down as assigned. Stores and uses cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely and orderly. Operates vacuum cleaners, upholstery cleaner, floor care machines, and various other equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Reports unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions to the immediate attention of the immediate supervisor and Facilities management. Assists in emergency evacuation procedures as needed. Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino’s Guests FIRST program. Security Dispatcher

This team member answers phones, dispatches guards and transportation team members to calls for service, as well as department-to-department dispatching. The ability to read, write, and speak the English language to read directions, write reports, and give verbal dispatch directions and responses is required. Above average computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to type 30 wpm is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.
