Food and Beverage Attendant

This team member prepares food and drink orders according to recipes and specifications. Maintains workstation with cleanliness and sanitation being a priority. Operates point-of-sale system and makes correct change for the guest. Knows menu items and prices. Communicates with supervisors regarding restocking of food prepared in the kitchen. Keeps storage area clean at all times. Prepares orders for other food and beverage outlets as needed. Abides by all applicable liquor regulations and Resort & Casino policies and procedures pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages. Performs all duties in a manner that continually supports the vision, mission, values, and principles of the Resort & Casino. Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino’s Guests FIRST program. Other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager. Player’s Club Representative

This team member provides guests with superior service and promotes a positive Win-River image in person and on the telephone. Duties may include independent work with limited direction to ensure that day-to-day Resort & Casino needs are being met. Other duties include one on one interaction with guests, cash handling, and sales. Answers guest service related questions pertaining to the Player’s Club, promotions, events, banquets, and Resort & Casino-wide events. Provides superior guest service with the public, associates, and vendors. Accesses and inputs confidential account information. Processes sales of event tickets, gift shop items, and the Player’s Club Card. Produces player tracking cards and redeems direct mail offers from guest accounts. Security Guard

This team member ensures the safety and security of guests and team members, while also protecting the physical assets of the Redding Rancheria and the Resort & Casino.  Duties may include being assigned to perform the duties of data entry, and other clerical duties of the security office. Additionally, this team member must be able to obtain and maintain all certificates in 1st aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator), PATH (Practical and Tactical Handcuffing), MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior), and TIPS (Training Intervention Procedures). The ability to climb stairs and ladders, stand, walk, jump, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or sit for an extended period of time, up to eight (8) hours or more, is required. The ability to run, kick, knee strike, restrain aggressive person(s), apply holds in accordance to MOAB training, handcuff in accordance to PATH training, and subdue/physically control aggressive person(s) is required. A valid California Driver’s License and have current insurance is required and must be eligible for approval to drive Win-River Resort & Casino vehicles. Grounds Maintenance Operator – River Tasalmi 

This position performs daily routine maintenance tasks that help provide a superior golf course, pristine facilities, and surrounding grounds.  While this position is usually assigned to outside daily work, this person may be asked to perform other tasks usually assigned to other team members during non-peak hours or season. Will be required to work weekends and some holidays. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have experience with automated Rainbird irrigation systems. 2+ years working on a golf course and knowledge in application of insecticides, fungicides and herbicides to any turn on golf course. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Count Team Member

Counts and verifies all revenue collected from the Resort & Casino as scheduled and within established time frames. Must be able to learn the aspects of and operate the machinery and equipment of the Count Room. Drops and verifies kiosk bill acceptors. Understands and operates “New Wave” software and equipment. The ability to perform job functions in an atmosphere where priorities and deadlines may change frequently is required. Strong computer skills, with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and online accounting systems, are required. Previous experience in cash handling is preferred. Strong mathematical skills are preferred. Native American Preference applies; all applicants welcome.

Table Games Supervisor

This team member supervises assigned table games operations during an assigned shift. Must be 21 years of age or older. Redding Rancheria tribal members must be 18 years of age or older. The ability to use independent judgment to make discretionary decisions regarding Resort & Casino operations is required. A strong understanding of the principles and practices of team member supervision is required. A strong combination of written and verbal communication skills to write, read, and comprehend written correspondence is required. The ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members of the Resort & Casino is required. Excellent math skills and a minimum of two (2) years experience in table games procedures, games, and dealing time on live tables is preferred.
