Massage Therapist (PT)

This team member performs massages and/or body treatments and consistently provides the highest possible standard of treatment for guests. A current applicable license to perform related duties as required. Knowledge of spa/salon products to improve revenue in a retail environment is required. The ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members in a positive fashion is required. One (1) year of minimum experience is preferred. Night Auditor (FT)

This team member ensures that overnight duties of the Hotel are completed, including maintaining and issuing guest billing. A strong combination of written and verbal communication skills to write, read, and comprehend written correspondence is required. The ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members in a positive manner is required. A minimum of three (3) years of related experience and/or training is preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and online point of sales systems is preferred. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Housekeeping Attendant (FT)

This team member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all interior and assigned exterior areas of the Casino. Ensures the cleanliness of assigned areas and floors throughout the Casino. Assists in tracking and maintaining appropriate levels of cleaning materials. Maintains floor care in all areas of the Casino. Assists with Event Center set up and break down as assigned. Stores and uses cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely and orderly. Operates vacuum cleaners, upholstery cleaner, floor care machines, and various other equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Reports unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions to the immediate attention of the immediate supervisor and Facilities management. Assists in emergency evacuation procedures as needed. Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Dual License Table Games Supervisor/Table Games Dealer (FT)

This team member supervises assigned table games operations during an assigned shift and provides an entertaining, fun atmosphere for guests while dealing Table Games according to the rules of the particular game being played, and in accordance with Resort & Casino policies and procedures. Must be 21 years of age or older. Redding Rancheria tribal members must be 18 years of age or older. Must complete and pass the Resort & Casino’s table games training course. The ability to deal all games required by management and the ability to deal from a multi-deck shoe and follow the 21 dealing manual with exact precision is required. A strong proficiency in mathematics, including addition and subtraction, is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

This team member serves beverages and food items to guests in approved areas of the Resort & Casino. Must be 21 years of age or older. The ability to obtain and maintain TIPs (Training Intervention Procedures) is required. Prior experience in cash handling required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Excellent guest service skills are required. Must have knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, menus, guest relations, and etiquette. Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware is required. The ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items and special promotions is required. The ability to learn and operate point of sale to pre-check orders and close out the check is required. Prior restaurant and bar experience preferred. Food Handler card is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.
