Dishwasher

This team member cleans and sanitizes plateware, glassware, silverware, and kitchen areas using proper chemicals and cleaning agents in accordance with specified guidelines. Scrapes food from dirty dishes and places them in racks or conveyor to dishwashing machine. Cleans dishwashing machine on scheduled times, including traps and screens using proper chemicals while wearing protective gear. Washes pots, pans, trays, chafing dishes, and all banquet equipment. Assists in putting all food away in dry storage, refrigerators, freezers, and other storerooms by using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method. Helps to transfer supplies from storage to work areas. Assists in labeling and dating incoming food products, and organizing them in walk-in coolers, freezers, and dry storage room.  Assists prep cooks, kiosk cooks, and line cooks when needed. Helps prep cooks prepare and portion food items according to specifications when needed. Puts all banquet equipment, banquet plates, and banquet cups away in proper storage rooms in an organized manner. Food Handler’s card is required. Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino’s Guests FIRST program. Prep Cook

This team member prepares raw food items for the cooking process, including, but not limited to, soups, sauces, cold dressings, and fabrication of meats. Two (2) years of kitchen experience in institutional food preparation, including knife skills, is required. The ability to read, understand, and prepare recipes is required. Temporary Maintenance Technician

This team member performs a wide variety of duties relating to the installation, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of Resort & Casino facilities.  The ability to operate all required vehicles and equipment and to use a variety of hand tools is required. A thorough knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and all other facets of building trades and grounds maintenance is required. Knowledge of applicable safety procedures involved in construction and repair work is required. This team member must have a current California Driver’s License and current insurance. Front Desk Associate – Hilton Garden Inn 

This team member accommodates guests of the Hotel by greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests. Handles credit, initial parking information, and an overview of guest services. High school diploma or equivalent (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bartender

This team member serves guests and cocktail servers in assigned Resort & Casino food and beverage outlets by preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages . Must be 21 years of age or older. Three (3) year previous bartending experience required. The ability to obtain and maintain TIPs (Training Intervention Procedures) is required. Basic knowledge of all bar equipment and usage is required. Knowledge of bar terminology and its application to service is required. The ability to learn and operate a point-of-sale system to pre-check orders and close out checks is required. Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette is required. Food Handler card is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Count Team Member

Counts and verifies all revenue collected from the Resort & Casino as scheduled and within established timeframes. Must be able to learn the aspects of and operate the machinery and equipment of the Count Room. Drops and verifies kiosk bill acceptors. Understands and operates “New Wave” software and equipment. The ability to perform job functions in an atmosphere where priorities and deadlines may change frequently is required. Strong computer skills, with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and online accounting systems, are required. Previous experience in cash handling is preferred. Laundry Attendant

This team member processes and cleans all laundry items for the Resort & Casino. A strong combination of written and verbal communication skills to write, read, and comprehend written correspondence is required. The ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members in a positive manner is required. A minimum of one (1) years of related experience and/or training is preferred. This team member prepares food items as ordered by guests and expedites tickets to ensure fast service and quality food products. Two (2) years Line Cook experience in a similar environment with working knowledge of kitchen equipment and its proper use, as well as excellent knife skills is required.
