Esthetician

This team member performs waxing and skincare services for guests, and consistently provides the highest possible standard of treatment for guests. Spa Receptionist

This team member is responsible for the reception area of the Spa. This includes greeting guests as they arrive for services, and providing information concerning Spa services, treatments, and products. Housekeeping Attendant

This team member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all interior and assigned exterior areas of the Casino. Ensures the cleanliness of assigned areas and floors throughout the Casino. Assists in tracking and maintaining appropriate levels of cleaning materials. Maintains floor care in all areas of the Casino. Assists with Event Center set up and break down as assigned. Stores and uses cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely and orderly. Operates vacuum cleaners, upholstery cleaner, floor care machines, and various other equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Reports unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions to the immediate attention of the immediate supervisor and Facilities management. Assists in emergency evacuation procedures as needed. Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino’s Guests FIRST program. Spa Supervisor

This team member assists the Spa Manager in providing leadership to guide the operations of the Resort & Casino’s Spa in order to ensure guests consistently receive a premier experience during their services. Knowledge of spa/salon products to improve revenue in a retail environment is required. A strong understanding of effective principles and practices of leadership is required. A strong combination of written and verbal communication skills to write, read, and comprehend written correspondence is required. The ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members in a positive fashion is required. Prior success in opening and managing a spa is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and online point of sales systems is preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training is preferred. Cage and Count Technician 1

This team member is responsible for the maintenance of all Cage and Count Department equipment. Six months to a year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience is required. The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals is required. The ability to write routine reports and correspondence is required. The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists is required. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form is required. Strong electronic/mechanical background is preferred. Front Desk Agent

This team member greets, registers, and makes room reservations for Hotel guests, and also acts as the first point of contact for Hotel guests. Handles credit, initial parking information, and provides an overview of guest services upon check-in. Issues room keys and provides instructions to Bell Captain as needed. Responds to guest requests for information and resolves guest problem as needed in order to exceed the guest expectations. Monitors room availability and maintains guest accounts. Answers inquiries pertaining to Resort & Casino amenities, services, shopping, dining, and entertainment, and provides travel directions as needed. Balances daily or shift audit in the online point of sales system. Maintains and balances cash bank as issued in accordance with policies and procedures. Performs all duties in a manner that continually supports the vision, mission, values, and principles of the Resort & Casino. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Bartender

This team member serves guests and cocktail servers in assigned Resort & Casino food and beverage outlets by preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages . Must be 21 years of age or older. Three (3) year previous bartending experience required. The ability to obtain and maintain TIPs (Training Intervention Procedures) is required. Basic knowledge of all bar equipment and usage is required. Knowledge of bar terminology and its application to service is required. The ability to learn and operate a point-of-sale system to pre-check orders and close out checks is required. Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette is required. Food Handler card is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

VIP Host/Hostess

(Must be 21 years of age or older)- This team member is responsible for accepting and taking reservations for assigned dining areas, greets and escorts guests to their tables with menus, and advises the server of the party being seated and any needs they may have. This individual must have strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members of the Resort & Casino. Knowledge of proper table settings, service ware and menu items is required. The ability to remember, recite and promote menu items and special promotions is required. Main Banker

This team member handles all monetary transactions including bank deposits, casino drops and pay-outs for the bank during the shift. This team member is also responsible for accurate record keeping and bank reconciliation of a large bank. Strong mathematical skills, high volume cash handling experience, and the ability to use a 10-key adding machine is required. Exceptional money handling skills in a high security area are required. The ability to effectively communicate with guests and all team members of the Resort & Casino is required. The ability to perform job functions in an atmosphere where priorities and deadlines may change frequently is required. Strong mathematical skills are preferred.
