Food and Beverage Supervisor

This team member provides supervision and oversight for the daily functions and operations of all Resort & Casino food and beverage outlets . Must be 21. A minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training is required. A high level of expertise in food and beverage operations and menu development, concurrent with knowledge of all areas of guest relations and service standards is required, as well as knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Laundry Attendant

This team member processes and cleans all laundry items for the Resort & Casino. A strong combination of written and verbal communication skills to write, read, and comprehend written correspondence is required. The ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members in a positive manner is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and online point of sales systems  is preferred. A minimum of one (1) years of related experience and/or training is preferred. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Maintenance Technician

This team member performs a wide variety of duties relating to the installation, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of Resort & Casino facilities.  The ability to operate all required vehicles and equipment and to use a variety of hand tools is required. A thorough knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and all other facets of building trades and grounds maintenance is required. Knowledge of applicable safety procedures involved in construction and repair work is required. This team member must have current California Driver’s License and current insurance. Temporary Banquets Server

This team member performs duties during banquets, parties, and special events which include the serving of food and beverage items, and the setup and cleanup of the event.  Prior cash handling experience is required, and banquet experience is preferred. Candidate must have knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, menus, guest relations, and etiquette. This position is for a specified period of time, generally no more than six (6) months.  Classification not eligible for benefits.  Tenure may be extended beyond six (6) months in accordance with the needs of the business, generally for seasonal obligations. Housekeeping Attendant

This team member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all interior and assigned exterior areas of the Casino.  Must be able to operate vacuum cleaners, upholstery cleaners, floor care machines and other cleaning equipment.  Also assists with tracking and maintaining appropriate levels of cleaning materials.  Native American Preference applies; all applicants welcome.

Line Cook

This team member prepares food items as ordered by guests and expedites tickets to ensure fast service and quality food products. Two (2) years Line Cook experience in a similar environment with working knowledge of kitchen equipment and its proper use, as well as excellent knife skills is required. California Food Handler’s card or ServSafe certificate, or the ability to obtain either within 90 days, is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Food Server

This team member serves food and beverage items to guests in assigned Resort & Casino food and beverage outlets of the Resort & Casino while adhering to policies to handle cash and make sales. The ability to obtain and maintain TIPs (Training Intervention Procedures) is required. Experience in cash handling is required and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Excellent customer service skills are required. Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, menus, guest relations, and etiquette is required and knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware is required. The ability to remember, recite and promote menu items and special promotions is required and the ability to learn and operate a point-of-sale system to pre-check orders and close out the check is required.
