Line Cook (FT)  

This team member prepares food items as ordered by guests and expedites tickets to ensure fast service and quality food products. Two (2) years Line Cook experience in a similar environment with working knowledge of kitchen equipment and its proper use, as well as excellent knife skills are required. The ability to read, understand, and prepare recipes is required. Food Handler’s card is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Housekeeping Attendant (On-Call)

This team member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all interior and assigned exterior areas of the Casino. Ensures the cleanliness of assigned areas and floors throughout the Casino. Assists in tracking and maintaining appropriate levels of cleaning materials. Maintains floor care in all areas of the Casino. Assists with Event Center set up and break down as assigned. Stores and uses cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely and orderly. Operates vacuum cleaners, upholstery cleaner, floor care machines, and various other equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Reports unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions to the immediate attention of the immediate supervisor and Facilities management. Assists in emergency evacuation procedures as needed. Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino’s guests service program. A team member who is employed on an on-call basis, and scheduled to work less than thirty (30) hours per week. Classification is not eligible for benefits. Table Games Dealer (21) (PT)

This team member provides an entertaining, fun atmosphere for guests while dealing Table Games according to the rules of the particular game being played, and in accordance with Resort & Casino policies and procedures. One (1) year of external dealing experience is required and may serve as a substitution for successful completion of the Resort & Casino’s table games training course. The ability to deal all games required by management is required and the ability to deal from a multi-deck shoe and follow the 21 dealing manual with exact precision is required. A strong proficiency in mathematics, including addition and subtraction, is required and the ability to handle cash transactions is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

This team member also serves as a primary liaison to guests and handles incoming guest reservations via phone.  High school diploma or equivalent (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.  Must have a valid divers license, clear driving record, and proof of current insurance. Prior experience in cash handling required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Excellent guest service skills are required. Must have knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, menus, guest relations, and etiquette. Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware is required. The ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items and special promotions is required. The ability to learn and operate point of sale to pre-check orders and close out the check is required.
