Table Games Dealer

This team member provides an entertaining, fun atmosphere for guests while dealing Table Games according to the rules of the particular game being played, and in accordance with Resort & Casino policies and procedures. One (1) year of external dealing experience is required and may serve as a substitution for successful completion of the Resort & Casino’s table games training course. The ability to deal all games required by management is required and the ability to deal from a multi-deck shoe and follow the 21 dealing manual with exact precision is required. A strong proficiency in mathematics, including addition and subtraction, is required and the ability to handle cash transactions is required. Security Guard

This team member ensures the safety and security of guests and team members, while also protecting the physical assets of the Redding Rancheria and the Resort & Casino.  Duties may include being assigned to perform the duties of data entry, and other clerical duties of the security office. Additionally, this team member must be able to obtain and maintain all certificates in 1st aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator), PATH (Practical and Tactical Handcuffing), MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior), and TIPS (Training Intervention Procedures). The ability to climb stairs and ladders, stand, walk, jump, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or sit for an extended period of time, up to eight (8) hours or more, is required. The ability to run, kick, knee strike, restrain aggressive person(s), apply holds in accordance to MOAB training, handcuff in accordance to PATH training, and subdue/physically control aggressive person(s) is required. A valid California Driver’s License and have current insurance is required and must be eligible for approval to drive Win-River Resort & Casino vehicles. Creative Designer

This team member is responsible for the creative development and design of marketing communications, and the development of innovative visual programs that engage guests and drive large-scale commitments to the Win-River Resort & Casino brand. A minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in mass communications, creative media development, organizational communications, or integrated marketing communications is required. Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Suite is required. A strong combination of written and verbal communication skills to write, read, and comprehend written correspondence, concurrent with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members of the organization, is required. Experience with all functions of a professional office, involving clerical and administrative performance in an atmosphere where priorities and deadlines may change frequently, is required. Strong computer skills, concurrent with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and photo imaging software, are required. Experience in operating a variety of printing, copying, bindery, and finishing equipment is preferred. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Cage Cashier

This team member is responsible for all cash, chip, and check transactions for guests and other Resort & Casino team members. The ability to effectively communicate with guests and all team members of the Resort & Casino is required. The ability to perform job functions in an atmosphere where priorities and deadlines may change frequently is required. Previous experience in cash handling is preferred. Controller

This team member is responsible for the daily accounting functions, operations, and management of all Finance department team members. A bachelor degree in accounting or 10 years of high level controller experience required; CPA preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older. Redding Rancheria tribal members must be 18 years of age or older. The ability to assume management duties when the Chief Financial Officer is absent is required. Knowledge of the operations, services and activities of team member benefits is required. Ten (10) years of tribal/casino accounting experience is preferred.
