Room Attendant – Hilton Garden Inn
Hilton Garden Inn – This team member cleans and prepares hotel rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn for guests prior to arrival, during their stay, and upon check-out. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one (1)year of previous experience or equivalent combination of experience and education is required. This team member is responsible for accepting and taking reservations for assigned dining areas, greets and escorts guests to their tables with menus, and advises the server of the party being seated and any needs they may have. Assigns server stations in rotation of shifts daily and fairly. Answers phone calls within appropriate timeframes. Seats guests in an orderly fashion to provide flow of service for dining areas. Communicates with guests in a pleasant and cheerful manner. Takes reservations from guests, including dates, times, number of party, or any reservation special request. Performs all duties in a manner that continually supports the vision, mission, values, and principles of the Resort & Casino. Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Win-River Resort & Casino’s Guests FIRST program. This team member ensures the safety and security of guests and team members, while also protecting the physical assets of the Redding Rancheria and the Resort & Casino. Duties may include being assigned to perform the duties of data entry, and other clerical duties of the security office. Additionally, this team member must be able to obtain and maintain all certificates in 1st aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator), PATH (Practical and Tactical Handcuffing), MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior), and TIPS (Training Intervention Procedures). The ability to climb stairs and ladders, stand, walk, jump, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or sit for an extended period of time, up to eight (8) hours or more, is required. The ability to run, kick, knee strike, restrain aggressive person(s), apply holds in accordance to MOAB training, handcuff in accordance to PATH training, and subdue/physically control aggressive person(s) is required. A valid California Driver’s License and have current insurance is required and must be eligible for approval to drive Win-River Resort & Casino vehicles. Temporary Cook/Food and Beverage Attendant – River Tasalmi Golf Club
This combine position will prepare and serve food and drinks in the restaurant and bar, may perform daily routine tasks common to a server, bartender and cook in a small restaurant. Will prepare raw food items for the cooking process, including, but not limited to, soups, sauces, cold dressings, and fabrication of meats. Must be 21 years of age. Two (2) years of kitchen experience in institutional food preparation, including knife skills, is required.
