Cage Cashier

 This team member is responsible for all cash, chip, and check transactions for guests and other Resort & Casino team members. Previous experience in cash handling is preferred. Strong mathematical skills are preferred. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Security Guard

This team member ensures the safety and security of guests and team members, while also protecting the physical assets of the Redding Rancheria and the Casino.  Duties may include being assigned to perform the duties of data entry, and other clerical duties of the security office. Additionally, this team member must be able to obtain and maintain all certificates in 1st Aid, CPR, AED, PATH, MOAB, and TIPS. The ability to climb stairs and ladders, stand, walk, jump, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or sit for an extended period of time, up to eight (8) hours or more, is required. The ability to run, kick, knee strike, restrain aggressive person(s), apply holds in accordance to MOAB training, handcuff in accordance to PATH training, and subdue/physically control aggressive person(s) is required. This team member must be 21 years of age. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Cocktail Server

This team member serves beverages and food items to guests in approved areas of the Resort & Casino. Must be 21 years of age.  The ability to obtain and maintain TIPs (Training Intervention Procedures) is required. Must have knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, menus, guest relations, and etiquette. The ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items and special promotions is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Front Desk Agent

This team member greets, registers, and makes room reservations for Hotel guests, and also acts as the first point of contact for Hotel guests. The ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members in a positive manner is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and online point of sales systems is preferred. A minimum of one (1) year of related experience and/or training is preferred. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Food and Beverage Attendant

 This team member prepares and serves food and beverage items to guests in assigned Food and Beverage outlets of the Resort & Casino. Must be 21 years of age. One (1) year quick serve or casual dining cook experience in a similar environment with working knowledge of kitchen equipment and proper use, as well as excellent knife skills is required. Prior cash handling experience required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Bartender

This team member serves guests and cocktail servers in assigned Resort & Casino food and beverage outlets by preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Must be 21 years of age. Three (3) years previous bartending experience required. The ability to obtain and maintain TIPs (Training Intervention Procedures) is required. Basic knowledge of all bar equipment and usage is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Cage and Count Supervisor

This team member provides supervision and oversight for daily Cage and Count operations during an assigned shift. Must be 21 years of age. A minimum of two (2) years experience in cash handling, auditing, or finance is required. A strong understanding of the principles leadership and supervision is required. Strong mathematical skills are required. A strong combination of written and verbal communication skills to write, read and comprehend written correspondence is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.
